Nel 2011 fa parte del cast della serie tv Un amore e una vendetta al fianco di Alessandro Preziosi e nel 2012 è in Il restauratore, dove interpreta il ruolo di Giordano.

He is noted for his bass-baritone voice, exemplified in songs such as "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'". Medley produced a number of the duo's songs, including "Unchained Melody" and "(You're My) Soul and Inspiration".

Ramin Karimloo is an Iranian-Canadian actor and singer, recognized chiefly for his work in London's West End. He has played leading male roles in both of the West End's longest running musicals: The Phantom and Raoul in The Phantom of the Opera, and Jean Valjean, Enjolras, and Marius in Les Misérables. He also originated the role of the Phantom in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Love Never Dies, which continues the story of The Phantom of the Opera.
