La storia segue le avventure di Totchtli, il figlio di un potente signore della droga. Totchtli ama le avventure, i cappelli, dizionari, samurai, ghigliottine e il francese e adesso è determinato ad avere un ippopotamo pigmeo per il suo zoo privato.
