Ellie si prende cura del ferito e irascibile Jordan, in convalescenza per un infortunio alla spalla. A fatica, Jordan riprende lentamente l'uso del suo braccio ma il suo atteggiamento lascia Ellie perplessa. Pian piano però le cose cambiano e Jordan comincia a credere che Ellie sia in realtà tutto ciò che ha sempre voluto nella sua vita.
