Durante la festa di Halloween un gruppo di ragazzi decide di avventurarsi in un ospedale abbandonato, nel quale tra l'altro un ragazzo sta cercando la sorella scomparsa. Ben presto l'ospedale si rivela una trappola micidiale e il gruppo deve cercare di difendersi da uno spettro spietato e vendicativo in grado di possedere i corpi dei ragazzi facendoli marcire lentamente.
