Una giovane poliziotta fa amicizia con Bo Tong Lam, un vagabondo esperto di arti marziali che prende le sue difese durante un' aggressione. I due si innamorano, ma Lam è in realtà una sorta di giustiziere privato, intento a eliminare tutti i più pericolosi membri della malavita.
