Chi ha amato I Tenenbaum, impazzirà per Acquatici Lunatici. Anderson ripropone lo stesso umorismo demenzial-intellettuale, la stessa moda colorata anni settanta (qui i costumi sono della genovese Milena Canonero), lo stesso folle gruppo (ieri una famiglia, oggi una troupe) alle prese con avventure incredibili. Fra gli attori ricompaiono Bill Murray e Owen Wilson.
