Alla scuola per fate di Alfea si festeggia l'inaugurazione del nuovo anno scolastico, ma il party viene interrotto da Icy, Darcy e Stormy, le perfide Trix. Le Winx, senza Bloom, sono costrette a rimediare allo scompiglio creato dalle streghe che, dopo aver mandato a monte la festa, rubano un oggetto potentissimo e misterioso.
