Jane Got a Gun è incentrato su Jane Hammond (Natalie Portman), che ha costruito una nuova vita con il marito Bill “Ham” Hammond (Noah Emmerich) dopo essere stati tormentati da una banda di fuorilegge chiamati Bishop Boys.
