Brian Trevor John Murphy is an English actor and comedian, best known as the henpecked husband George Roper in the popular sitcom Man About the House and its spin-off series George and Mildred, and Stan the shop owner in the children's series Wizadora.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Jay Adler (September 26, 1896 – September 23, 1978) was an American actor in theater, television, and film. Born in New York City, he was the eldest son of actors Jacob and Sara Adler, and the brother of five actor siblings, including stage actor Luther and drama coach Stella. The Adlers were a Jewish-American acting dynasty in New York City's Yiddish Theater District and they played a significant role in theater from the late 19th century to the 1950s. Stella Adler became the most influential member of their family. During a long acting career of minor character roles, Jay Adler appeared in more than 40 films and 37 television series between 1938 and 1976. He appeared in The Big Combo (1955), Stanley Kubrick's The Killing (1956) and Jerry Lewis' The Family Jewels (1965). In 1961, Adler appeared both in the episode "The Lady and the Lawyer" of the television series The Asphalt Jungle and in The Lawbreakers, a theatrical film version of the episode. Jay Adler died at age 81 in Woodland Hills, California and was buried in the Mount Carmel Cemetery, Glendale, New York.

Aldo Ray was born in the borough of Pen Argyl, in Northampton County, Pennsylvania on 25 September 1926. He attended the University of California at Berkeley, served as a US Navy frogman during WWII and saw action on Iwo Jima. While constable of Crockett, California, he drove his brother Guido to an audition for the film Idols in the Dust (1951). Director David Miller hired him for a small role as a cynical football player. Ray's husky frame, thick neck and raspy voice made him perfect for playing tough sexy roles. He was the star of George Cukor's The Marrying Kind (1952) and starred opposite Rita Hayworth in Miss Sadie Thompson (1953). Ray was the none-too-bright boxer in Cukor's Pat and Mike (1952) and an escaped convict in 'Michael Curtiz"s We're No Angels (1955). His career started downhill in the 1970s, with him appearing in a string of low-budget films as a character actor. His last film was Shock 'Em Dead (1991). Ray was married three times, with one daughter Claire born in 1951 to his first wife Shirley Green whom he married on on 20 June 1947. Ray was then briefly married to actress Jeff Donnell and then had two sons and a daughter with his third wife, Johanna Ray, one of whom is the actor Eric DaRe. Aldo Ray died of throat cancer on 27 March 1991.

He is the eldest of three siblings and has a twin brother and a younger sister.

Edvard Johannes Brost Forssell (25 September 1946 – 4 January 2018) was a Swedish actor. He became recognized for his roles in the television programs Stjärnhuset and Rederiet; in Rederiet he appeared in 318 episodes. In 2013, he won a Guldbagge award for his role in the film Avalon. He also had several roles in theater.
