Candace Kita (born September 24, 1967) is an American actress.

After an education in South Wales, Morris graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University. Fluent in Welsh and English, Morris appeared in the S4C programme Caerdydd, and occasional parts on BBC1 soap Casualty. Morris then built her career in London in various parts for the Royal Shakespeare Company. Morris played "Angie" in E4's youth-oriented drama series Skins appearing in series 1, and briefly in its second series. She played "Llinos" in Con Passionate and "Liv Jones" in the BBC Wales drama Belonging. She also appears in videos for Torchwood series 2's online alternate reality game, where she appears in weekly updated webisodes as a paranormal radio host commenting upon the mysterious appearances of aliens around Cardiff. She also appeared in Mine All Mine and Superhero webseries The Splott Division. She plays the mother of Rhydian Morris in CBBC's supernatural television series, Wolfblood. As a singer, Morris has worked with the electropop band, Clinigol, appearing as a guest vocalist on three songs on their debut album Melys.

Born in Decatur, Indiana, Anspaugh studied at Indiana University and the USC School of Cinematic Arts, after which he taught high school in Colorado. His work as an associate producer on television movies led to his producing and directing Hill Street Blues, for which he won two Emmy Awards. He followed this with St. Elsewhere and Miami Vice before making his feature film debut with Hoosiers. His additional screen credits include Fresh Horses, Rudy, Moonlight and Valentino, and The Game of Their Lives. An upcoming move is being made called Little Red Wagon which will come out in 2011.
