Beau Starr (born September 1, 1944) is an American actor who has starred in movies and on television. He is known for his film role as Sheriff Ben Meeker in the 1988 hit horror movie Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers; he reprised his role in the 1989 sequel Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers as well as playing Henry Hill's Father in Martin Scorsese's Goodfellas. Many also remember him as Lt. Harding Welsh in Due South.

Michael entered the arts in his community theater program in the mid 1990's. He then moved to Vancouver British Columbia to pursue acting professionally in September of 2000. In the years since, Michael has etched out a career as an Actor, Writer, Filmmaker, Teacher, & Voice Over Artist; with nearly twenty years in the Arts, and over one hundred Film and Television credits to his name. Michael is actively writing & developing multiple scripts, and has begun the design process for his first book, which he hopes to publish in the coming year.

He is the son of film director Bertrand Tavernier. Nils Tavernier was born on 1 September 1965 in Normandy, France, the son of director, screenwriter, actor, and producer Bertrand Tavernier and Colo Tavernier O'Hagan. Tavernier made his first screen appearance in a film by his father, Spoiled Children in 1977 while still a teenager. Lovely, shapely and appealing blonde actress Mary Louise Weller was born on September 1, 1946 and raised in Los Angeles. The onetime top New York model made her film debut with an uncredited tiny role in the superbly gritty cop drama Serpico (1973). Weller was especially memorable as a beautiful marine biologist in the made-for-TV picture Hunters of the Reef (1978) (TV) and, likewise, solid as professor Andrew Prine's college student lover in the superior haunted house horror winner The Evil (1978). Mary achieved her greatest enduring cult movie popularity with her excellent and inspired performance as snooty and uptight sorority snob "Mandy Pepperidge" in the uproariously raunchy'n'raucous hit comedy Animal House (1978).
