Marsha P. Johnson (August 24, 1945 – July 6, 1992) was an American gay liberation activist and self-identified drag queen. Known as an outspoken advocate for gay rights, Johnson was one of the prominent figures in the Stonewall uprising of 1969. Johnson was a founding member of the Gay Liberation Front and co-founded the radical activist group Street Transvestite Action Revolutionaries (S.T.A.R.), alongside close friend Sylvia Rivera. Popular in New York gay life, Johnson was also active in the City's art scene, modeling for Andy Warhol, and appearing onstage with the drag performance troupe Hot Peaches. Johnson was known as the "mayor of Christopher Street" for being a welcoming presence in the streets of Greenwich Village. Beginning in 1987, Johnson was an AIDS activist with ACT UP. Johnson's body was found floating in the Hudson River in 1992. While initially ruled a suicide by the NYPD, controversy and protest followed the case, eventually re-opened as a possible homicide.

Archy Ivan Marshall (born 24 August 1994), also known by his stage name 'King Krule' aka 'Edgar The Beatmaker,' is an English singer, rapper, songwriter, record producer and musician. He began recording music in 2010 under the moniker 'Zoo Kid.' The following year he adopted his present name. He has released several EPs, and his debut full-length album, '6 Feet Beneath the Moon,' was released in 2013 to positive critical reception. His third album, 'The Ooz,' was released on 13 October 2017 and his fourth album, 'Man Alive!,' was released on 21 February 2020, both to further critical acclaim. His music blends elements of punk jazz with hip hop, darkwave and trip-hop.

Jonathan Gray is a French American producer and entrepreneur. His father, Martin Gray, is a Holocaust survivor and author of the bestseller For Those I Loved. Gray founded his first company, JG Events, at the young age of 22. In 2005, he launched the lifestyle management group Quintessentially France and simultaneously partnered with Gary Hersham to form the real estate agency Beauchamp Estates France. He established First Idea International in 2008. He set up the Los Angeles-based film production company The Hideaway Entertainment in 2016 and the Intelligent Design Agency (iDeA), a creative lab, two years later.
