Clara Peller was a manicurist and American character actress who, at the age of 81, starred in the 1984 "Where's the beef?" advertising campaign for the Wendy's fast food restaurant chain.

Harkaitz Cano (Basque Country, 1975) started to write and publish literature in his early twenties. He has published books of poetry, collections of short stories and novels. Cano has taken part in a number of performances combining literature with music and other arts. He usually works as a scriptwriter, and has translated into Basque works by Sylvia Plath, Anne Sexton, Hanif Kureishi and Allen Ginsberg. His books have been published into a dozen languages, including English, German and Russian.

Kembra Pfahler is an American filmmaker associated with the Cinema of Transgression, a performance artist, rock musician, and film actress. She is mostly known as the lead singer of the glam, punk, shock rock band The Voluptuous Horror of Karen Black, and for the often nude and sexual nature of her art exhibits.

She was born Eleonore Nest on August 4, 1915, in Berlin to American parents who were Methodist missionaries. During her parents' time as missionaries, she was discovered by a German movie producer on a poster promoting a Sunday school program. She was soon asked to work in movies. With the permission of her parents, she acted in her first movie in 1918. She used the name Loni Nest instead of Eleonore Nest. Between 1918 and 1933, she starred in 41 movies, opposite such actors as Charles Boyer, Greta Garbo, Marlene Dietrich and Fritz Feld. Nest left movies in 1933 to move back to her parents' original home in Boston. She left to focus on the family's involvment in a new Methodist church, where her father would serve as deacon. She also wanted to leave Germany as soon as possible due in part to the rise of Nazism that began when Adolf Hitler took power. Nest enrolled in college, and then became a music teacher. She worked for public schools in Massachussetts for over 40 years. In 1938, she married businessman Roy Smythe. Smythe went on to establish his own car dealership that remained in place until his death in 1987. Nest became the mother of three children. She moved to Honolulu, Hawaii, to live with her daughter after the death of her husband. She spent the rest of her life volunteering at a local hospital as well as being active in her local Methodist church. She died of old age on February 17, 2014. She was 98

John Tormey was born in Willimantic, Connecticut and is an American actor. Tormey has made several appearances on television series such as Law & Order, and in 2009, voiced Uncle Vince in Grand Theft Auto IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony.

Keller began her modeling career when she was 15 years old and has modeled for Parasuco, Noxzema, GAP, Revlon, L'Oréal, Aveda, and for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 2002, 2003, and 2004.  In addition to working with photographers on her Sports Illustrated shoots, she was the object/subject of Joanne Gair's body painting work.  Sports Illustrated and Nissan previously held a sweepstakes allowing people to register for a chance to attend a sporting event with Keller. He made his directorial debut film in Waar (2013), which holds the record of being the seventh highest-grossing Pakistani film. His next project is a remake of the 1979 film Maula Jatt. The film is titled The Legend of Maula Jatt, The Legend of Maula Jatt whose trailer was released on December 21, 2018. Lashari won awards in four categories at the ARY Film Awards 2014 for his directorial debut.
